This building in the old town of Pergola is on three floors. In the restructuring plan, the ground floor is seen as a continuation of the public spaces of alleys in the old town, using the same material for paving: porphyry. This space, designed for socializing, directly connected to the garden at the back, is fitted with a concealed kitchen. From this level there is a reinforced concrete staircase which leads to the upper floors; on the top floor there is the large open space of the living area, characterized by an exposed wooden roof and by many large windows which make this space extremely bright.
